We poured our hearts into every single square foot of this complete, down-to-the-studs renovation—our ninth and absolute finest project to date.

The Kitchen

By shifting walls and re-framing the roofline to achieve stunning vaulted ceilings, we completely transformed the main level. Here is the breathtaking view of our custom kitchen featuring the quartz hood range and seamless high-end finishes, flowing directly into the dining room.

A World of Their Own: The Lower Level

Because we designed this home with our teenagers in mind, we wanted the lower level to feel like an entirely separate world of its own. We didn’t cut any corners here—we ran specialized, independent HVAC ductwork with its own dedicated thermostat, installed bright egress windows, and built a gorgeous gas fireplace featuring a custom cast-concrete mantel and built-in shelving.
