Christmas Tablescape

Hi Guys, I’m excited to share the first of my Christmas decor with my Christmas tablescape! This year my colours are blues, silver, and gold, with pops of brown from homemade gingerbread ornaments. I’m loving the dark brown so much…this might be a game changer for me in 2019! Brown I’ve missed you!! lol!

I love popcorn garlands and my Mom helped me out so much by making them for me. They are a thread that continues throughout all of my spaces this year. This table scape is so simple with bottle brush trees, ornaments, and some blue spruce clippings layered down the centre with a cake stand for some added height.

I used my favourite Skyros Designs dishes. These are the Villa Beleza Collection with one of my Great Grandmother’s dishes layered on top to tie in my colour scheme. You can see these dishes styled in a totally different and more casual way in my original dining room reveal…I just love them so much, and I can’t recommend them enough!

The monogrammed champagne flutes are from Skyros Designs too. I’m using them for everything lately. They are so decadent with the monogrammed initial “B”!

The linen placemats and napkins are from Skyros Designs and the colour is Ice Blue. I chose this colour because it matches the beach glass in our chandelier perfectly.  You can get them in so many gorgeous colours. I have a table runner too. I’m so obsessed with the interest that the scalloped design gives to the tablescape!

Thank you so much to my amazing friend Cori from CJH Florals for adding Christmas greens to my favourite mint ginger jar. I’m loving the natural tone on tone of the look…so pretty.

My favourite part of this Christmas Tablescape is the homemade gingerbread ornament on the plate as a little gift for the guests. You could write peoples’ names on them in icing as a place card…that would be so cute! I need to do that!  My Mom makes these and made them for me, and I just love them! So classic, and a perfect takeaway for guests. I can’t wait to show you how I’ve used this colour scheme in the rest of our home!
