Exciting news — our Pentilly home is officially on the market.
We bought this as our dream house on our dream street and renovated it without ever planning to leave.
We rebuilt this home as if we were staying forever. Every system replaced. Every finish intentionally curated. Marble everywhere. Custom millwork. Vaulted ceilings. Crestron. All of it.
If you’ve ever wondered what happens when we renovate without restraint — this is it.

a forgotten dining nook became our light-filled, marble-wrapped primary ensuite.

The drapery was the finishing layer that truly transformed the space — creating beautiful privacy while still allowing all the natural light to pour in. Soft, tailored, and intentional, it adds warmth, movement, and that quiet, boutique-hotel feeling I always aim for.

We used 100% linen drapery in Oyster, finished with a 6” two-fold pleat, paired with 1⅜” luxe polished nickel hardware with endcaps — subtle details that make the bathtub feel framed, architectural, and calm.
