That’s a great question, I have heard incredible things about using pinterest to drive traffic, I need to up my pinterest game big time because I love it that’s for sure! I know that pinterest drives traffic to your blog ect. …Defintely check out what you can do with Pinterest and you can’t go wrong I’m sure!

Hey Leslie, I’m a little late to this game, but nonetheless, am starting a blog—& maybe an Instagram? I was actually debating on what is better: Pinterest or Instagram? I’m a Pinterest junkie and use it for sooo much inspiration like the vast majority of of us do these days. I’m still hesitant on starting so much at one time with the few projects that I have done—I know I have tons of content that I can add to a blog and posts in due time, but what are your thoughts on Pinterest?

Thank you so much for sharing this post. I have also just read your post on motivating people to get out there and start sharing their passion, and to not pay attention to any of the myths and fears holding them back. I am really passionate about cooking and travel, and I have been sharing my experiences on Instagram as a hobby more than anything. Just this week I decided to launch a blog and start documenting things properly. But I am already feeling fed up and overwhelmed with the process – I feel guilty if I am not working on my website and I have spent so much time trying to get it to look the way I want but feel no further forward. It’s started to make me doubt whether this is actually for me. Then this morning I woke up and asked myself ‘why don’t I just start on Instagram first and see where that takes me’. So I did some Googling to see if this was possible and I came across this post. It was SO helpful! It’s made me realise that it’s OK to blog in Instagram first, grow my following and then consider launching a website later down the line if what I am doing is working. Thanks ever so much for sharing your story!
